Miguel was very prompt in responding and was able to provide me with a quote and time to come same-day within an hour! When he was here, he did an excellent job with our hedge and an even better job cleaning up and putting everything back where it was supposed to be. He also was very quick and extremely polite. After looking for a landscaper, I decided to go with D&M Landscape. Since he's been in the business for over 10 years. I figured he was experienced and reputable. He renovated my backyard and side yard. I'm extremely satisfied and happy with the results. It looks amazing!! I've already received compliments from friends and family.

My front lawn was depressing--gopher holes, vole tunnels, and weeds that would crowd out the grass. After several years of effort, I decided that sod was the answer. So, I contacted two companies and decided to use DM Landscaping. Miguel came and provided a very reasonable quote. His employees came on the Thursday before Memorial Day and prepared the lawn. They did a great job cleaning up. After Memorial Day, they came, fixed my sprinkler system, and put heavy metal mesh on the dirt (gophers and voles will lose this battle). Next, they placed the sod on the mesh, programmed my watering system, cleaned up my flower beds, and added wood chips. The job was professionally done, and the front of my house looked great.

Then, it was time for follow-up. One week after the sod was placed, I noticed a brown spot and asked them to come and check it out since I was going on vacation the following week. They never came. When I returned, there were many brown spots, and I had to call several times before they could send someone down to look at the lawn. A promise was made to replace some of the sod, but they never came back.

I contacted the company where they bought the sod, and the owner had a PDF sheet explaining how to take care of the sod. If only the landscaper had given me this sheet, much of the problem would have been solved. My lawn has many brown spots, and I probably made some mistakes, so that's why I awarded three stars.
