Typical investment ranges: Roof inspection: $0–$1 Minor repair: $300–$600 Roof leak repair: $400–$900 New roof installation: $5,000+ Final price depends on roof size, material, structural condition, and access. We inspect first, then provide a clear, real quote no lowballing, no surprises.
