Hired on Thumbtack

Richard was hired to find a wall short in our kitchen. He was the cheapest electrian on the site and we now know why. After he finish his 30 minute chat ( on our dime) he somewhat started to look for the problem then he went into talking again ( wasted another 20-30 minutes. This went on for three hours, he work a little, look very confused as to our electic problem and continue talking about nothing, just a bunch of BS.. Finally after 3 hour I told him to get out. He actually wanted to come back another day to add more hours to his bill. After three hours if he can't find the problem then he doesn't know what he's doing or he's ripen us off. It was the latter, he robbed us blind. Just when I throw him out he fixed the problem in 5 minutes. How bout that. What should have cost us 65.00 now cost us 227.00. So he doesn't charge 65.00 an hour it's really 227.00 an hour more than anyone else on thumb site. Buyers beware of this guy! He the most expense, don't let him fool you. No electrician charges 65.00 an hour and least of all this guy.
