- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything i touch will be warranted for 1 year. Any issues i will correct free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
•Set a date to inspect customers home issues or new project. On this date I plan to get a thorough understanding of what the job entails. I also try to build a solid quote for the job. (This would be just a ballpark price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended vocational school for electrical training right after high school. While employed at one of South Bays high end plumbing companies all plumbing techs were professionally trained on up to date knowledge of every aspect of plumbing. Sewer, water, gas repair and replacement. As well as fixture repair and replacement.
