David helped me with old dishwasher removal and new dishwasher installation. He had to make 2 visits to work with my schedule. He also uncovered few additional issues with the plumbing and helped me replace that with a reasonable cost. Overall he seems to be a genuine person to work with. I would highly recommend him and also consider for any future work.
Ricardo arrived on time and went right to work. Unfortunately, my old dishwasher was held in place by rare type of bolt, so we were unsuccessful in removing it. Nevertheless, I would contact him again for other issues I cannot do myself.
He was friendly. Very polite and got the job quickly. Everything I needed remove was taken. I would highly recommend his services.
Help in removing some cabinets. Went very well. Fred arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. Excellent person and worker.
David completed the requested work with professionalism and efficiency, removing and disposing of a large antenna on our roof and running new wiring to another room of our house. There were a couple of challenges with our projects and David's clear communication and flexibility made working with him a pleasure.
Armando did a great job in helping us out remove an empty bird nest close to the roof our house. Friendly and professional attitude. On time. Would definitely recommend.
We moved into a house from the 70's that needed a ton of work and we needed a quick turnaround. Not only did Carlos and his team make it happen, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with every detail. They removed the nasty, dingy popcorn ceilings and applied a semi smooth texture. They Painted all of the ceilings including the ceiling beams. They Patched holes, retextured walls, installed new door knobs and painted the entire house. They Installed and painted baseboards and painted the fireplace. Our goal was to get everything done before Christmas and they made it happen. I can't believe the transformation! It looks like we live in a new house. There's no trace of the nasty popcorn ceilings and overall the house looks fresh and finished. Carlos continually checked in and was honest with his pricing. Very happy with the final results.
New window, laminate flooring, installation as well as some drywall finishing and painting done really well with tight budget. I was really happy with the outcome and the professionalism of the handyman Evan who not only did what I asked but ventured to recommend what I didn't know should be done -- I was really pleased with the result. Thank you!
Alex was on time and asked necessary clarifying questions and then got to work on my small cabinet-removal job. He left the work area cleaner then he arrived.
Great job by Edwin! He was on time and went through several list of issues over several days. all issues were done quickly and with attention to details and high quality. Examples; Installed door case and paint it, installed bathroom light fixture, fixed shutter, base boards, electric outlet, gaz grill, kitchen cabinets. so, happy with him work. Strong recommendation and I am building him a new list of repairs
Noah did some exterior carpentry work on our house: replacing termite-eaten fascia and eaves, replacing a lot of rotten window and door trims, replacing deck rails, fixing gates, etc. He did excellent work, was punctual and very communicative. I felt secure knowing that he would do the job well. It's very likely that we'll hire him again for future work.
Michael removed an old fence and installed a new 20' fence including a gate at my son's house back in Feb-March 2015 timeframe. He and his crew did an excellent job. They showed up on-time, installed the fence in a timely manner and cleaned-up. Further, Michael came back to look at a sprinkler pipe that could have been damaged during the fence install and repaired it without question. Michael is a professional that strives for 100% customer satisfaction. My son was very pleased with Michael's work and will use him again. Sorry for the very late review...
Better call Saul! Saul is the man! I invited him to come bid on an installation of 15 shutter panels. He came on time, measured every window and talked me through my options. He was both very professional and friendly. He delivered a bid shortly after and the price was very fair. I contracted his business by providing an initial deposit (required since they have to manufacture custom sizes). He came again to take more detailed measurements and discuss a few details. I had a set of curved bay windows that were pretty challenging to get right with the framing already in place, but Saul said it would be no problem and did his best to give me visual using his samples. Once the order was placed, it only took two weeks for the shutters to be ready. They looked amazing. Saul and his team came shortly after to install them and was prepared with all the equipment to keep my floors and walls clean, which was awesome. They finished in just one day (but a very long day) and the results were better than I even imagined. If only Saul and his team did bathrooms and kitchen remodel because I sorely need someone like him to help finish our other projects! Don't hesitate and hire this man!
Mark was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to messages on Thumbtack and via text. He was punctual and flexible with our schedule. He walked through everything with us, listened to our concerns and needs, and worked with us to stay within our budget and timing, and sequenced projects accordingly. He also has a great sense of humor and was pleasant to talk with. We were very happy with his work and the work of the professionals he worked with for electrical, plumbing, and painting. The work that was done: removal and replacement of 2 windows, walls, and flooring where there was water damage, wood rot, and the start of mold; adding a door to access the space under the front stairs and creating a storage space with tiled floor and drywall; waterproofing / sealing the brick of our front steps and porch; removing carpeting and laminate flooring and installation of new laminate flooring; installing siding on the front of our house and painting of the front of the house (2 stories); texturizing and painting walls; installing a wet bar / kitchenette; replacing shower pan, tile, and shower door; removal of tree and bushes in front yard. I think that’s everything. We highly recommend Mark and would happily work with him again.
Kieran is very helpful and detail oriented. I had Kieran help me removing the roof extension and terminate the electrical to my poolhouse. He also helped to patch the wall and retore the gutter pipes. Did a great job and even helped to get the permit from the city. Will consider for futuer jobs.
John helped us remove a 3-seater couch from our apartment and dispose of it. He was very responsive and friendly. We also were able to remove the couch and get it onto John's truck in less than 15 minutes. I'd be happy to recommend John in the future.
Timothy is reliable and helpful. I will use Timothy for futur handyman services.
Bob came on a Sunday and worked long hours patiently on 3 shutters installations. He is a fun and responsible professional.

I make handmade, custom interior wood shutters. My specialty is configuring wood shutters to specs that most companies will not do. The majority of my requests are for wider panels that the major manufacturers won't provide because they would have to change their frame specs, and they are just not going to do that. It is easier for them to dictate the specs that fit their mass production templates. Wider panels do require a more substantial frame, and I have the flexibility that the major companies can't provide. So, when your clients say they want two panels covering their window instead of the three or four required by the major companies, they have just entered the bull's eye of my target market. My goal is mainly for the "problem" windows and not the whole house. I am a small shop and the big guys can pop out 30 windows faster than I can anyway. That's why they won't accommodate, speed is money. So, one to five windows is in my zone. Bids are generated after the measure.
