FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear pricing based on the size of the affected area, the amount of demolition needed, the drying equipment required, and the number of days needed to dry the structure. We can provide an estimate after inspection. Emergency jobs and after-hours calls may have additional fees depending on the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask about the source of the water damage and schedule an inspection as soon as possible. Then we check the affected areas, take moisture readings, explain what needs to be done, and provide an estimate. After approval, we remove damaged materials if needed, set up drying equipment, monitor the drying process, and then help with repairs and restoration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has training and hands-on experience in water damage restoration, structural drying, moisture detection, demolition of affected materials, cleaning, disinfection, and repairs. We use professional drying equipment, moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtration when needed.
