Quick and Expert Response at a Low Price. A burst pipe caused major flooding at my condo. After another company dropped me, Britton Seltzer was able to rescue me. He came for a free inspection and determined there was water and mold under much of the flooring, and in walls and cabinetry. He gave a low price, while not minimizing the extent of the damage. They were able to start the same day, removing the ruined flooring and putting out dehumidifiers and powerful fans. Britton and his team started this work to stop the damage ASAP, while waiting for the required (because of the age of my condo) asbestos testing. Since the tests were positive, he requested bids from asbestos abatement companies that he can vouch for. He is managing the work to make my home safe and livable again, while keeping my costs as low as possible. He texts updates and pictures frequently to keep me informed. The team were all clean, careful and professional in manner.

They gave me a free estimation and found the problem quickly. They fixed my issue were below their competitors quote, and the final price was less then the other water restoration companies. They gave quality yet quick service. I definitely recommend them.

Fortunate we got a referral for Britton and team when we discovered mold behind the water heater in our garage. Professional, pleasant, thorough, inexpensive, knowledgeable! He also helped coordinate getting a plumber and drywall expert to make sure we didnt have to find different folks. He coordinated the efforts as well. Job was done quickly and efficiently.
