Super helpful! I’m in a downstairs unit in a rotting house that the landlord isn’t fixing. Even though WM doesn’t do the specific work needed, he still took a lot of time out to walk us through all the problems and possible solutions. Both myself and landlord learned a lot. He was very very patient, communicative, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I recently used the Floor Store for my kitchen flooring project.
The installers uncovered water damage to the subfloor during the installation process. Isaac, from Watermasters, promptly came over to assess and fix the issues. There was water damage underneath one of the kitchen cabinets, and he removed it and fixed the surrounding areas. He sealed off the part of the kitchen area with the mold and mildew damage, and ran machines for a couple of days till it was clear to proceed. He and his team removed all the old flooring and installed new plywood to create a flat surface for the new LVT planks. I appreciated the attention to detail and the extra steps they took to ensure a high-quality end result. They did an excellent job, and we were happy with the final outcome.

I recently had an issue with mold in my home, and Water Masters came to the rescue! The team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. They took their time to explain the removal process, made sure all surfaces were properly treated and sealed, and did a great job removing the mold.
