I recently had the pleasure of working with Isac and his team for a floor replacement project that was damaged by water and mold, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the beginning, Isac went above and beyond to ensure everything was clearly understood and meticulously planned. He helped me identify the full scope of work and patiently explained each step of the process, making sure I felt confident about the decisions being made. Isac didn’t just stop at helping with the flooring. He assisted me in finding a contractor for completing the wall repair adjacent to the damaged area and pre-flooring tasks. When it came time to select materials, he offered guidance on different types of hardwood/engineered wood, tailoring his recommendations to my needs and preferences. He also helped with suggesting flooring stores and brought out few samples that would match with my current floor. During installation, Isac faced a challenge with the purchased material that needed some adaptation to fit with the existing flooring design. He took it upon himself to do the extra work required, showing his expertise and dedication to quality. Isac, who speaks English (not a given with contractors), and his team from Watermasters were terrific! I’d give them 6 stars if I could. The job was to replace a wood kitchen floor, but we ran into various problems along the way including hidden water and mold damage, and they were able to fix everything. They work fast and were cheerful about responding to my special requests. And I thought their pricing was very reasonable.
