Cuit was quick to respond and was totally honest and upfront on what to expect as I am on the search for a new water heater. Even though I am still gathering bids, he still took time out to explain to me what to expect and ask when it comes to getting these quotes. He was even able to provide me an estimate based on the information I gave him on our house (3 full bathrooms, house built in 2006, gas tank located in garage, never been replaced since moving in the house in 2015). Cuit gives great and honest vibes. As I continue my search on bids, he is definitely staying on the top of my list on honesty and great communication with me. I hope to hire him soon in the future. Who knows, I may have an updated review to give in the near future !

No matter how much I cleaned, the toilet smelled. They were the 3rd to respond, so I waited to schedule with them. Luckily, I had a call with them for a potential root cause and I was introduced to components like wax-ring and flange. I am thankful to them as I would have got duped by one of the plumber who offers to caulk the toilet base. Later, I got it fixed by my builder because it was still under warranty.

Mr Garcia was extremely professional and helpful at 10pm to help me identify the water leak on top of the heater, and help me shutdown the heater. Next day morning, he was all equipped to replace the pipe.
