I requested a quote and they did mention a charge of $69 for the visit. I was hoping they would be reasonable on the quote or should have mentioned their prices before showing up. The electrician shows up and already quotes sky high prices for changing a ceiling fan/light and other things. On top of it, he charged me for the visit but never sent a quote. If the visit was for the quote and they charged me for it, at least they should send the quote even if I don't like their pricing.

Two electricians showed up on time on the day of appointment. They're very professional. After they inspected the circuitry in my house, the shed, and the detached garage for any potential wiring issue, they didn't see any major ones. They recommended to add a copper rod into the ground outside the house and have it connected to the main copper pipe entering the house. The connection will provide an effective grounding. They charged reasonable price for the inspection and the installation of the new rod. I'll re-hire them for my future projects.
