- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually do a detailed requirements gathering process so we can get a sense of what customers need and provide them with a quote. If it's highly technical, we may need to meet with their technology team to answer questions about how we access their data or system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Computer Engineering and worked at Accenture Technology Labs in the Human Computer Interaction group. Our designers and engineers have Graphic Design, Bachelor's of Fine Arts, and engineering degrees generally speaking and years of experience in their field.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Big companies like: Google, Motorola, Discovery, Accenture, Cognizant, HP, Aruba Networks, to Silicon Valley funded startups like Legalzoom, Zirx and everything in between.
