Alaska Solutions was so easy to deal with from start to finish! They responded promptly to my quote request. The communication was very thorough. I even got a reminder the day before my service with the technician name who would be doing the work! Fernando showed up on time and immediately went to work cleaning the windows. He worked until our windows were sparkling clean inside and out! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Alaska Solutions!

Rodrigo was great, he did an excellent job cleaning my outdoor windows, screens, tracks and frames. He also kept me informed on the job at hand and any issues I needed to know about. My windows and screens needed a lot of attention and Rodrigo got the job done in a professional and timely manner. My screens are solar and are not easy to remove or clean but he was able to carefully remove, clean and reinstall. Thanks again Rodrigo.

Fernando arrived on time and took the time to understand my concerns about protecting the soft metal copper gutter and roofing. Because my living space is pretty high up on a second floor of a ranch style building. He had a wonderful attitude. I am a single person living in the Bay Area, which means I’m a single income and I wasn’t sure of the value and having my windows cleaned. But all said and done it was totally worth it. No one from the company tried to change the price at the last minute. Also, I could tell Fernando was making an effort to work safely. My windows are spotless and it’s like having a new house.

Thank you Rodrigo for your amazing work cleaning our solar panels! Our panels now look brand new!! We even got our skylights cleaned at no extra charge, and they are the cleanest we’ve ever seen them! Of course we had him clean our downspouts because why not? And he did not disappoint. He was quick, professional and thorough! (See before and after pics below). Rodrigo will be back to clean our windows!
