My goal is to enable and encourage individuals to be the best version of themselves. A sustainable yoga practice can be somehow simultaneously calming, energizing, freeing, enlightening, and fun! I hope to share my love for the physical practice and yoga philosophy to others, as it has really changed my life. In addition to yoga, I also offer customized stretching sessions and functional range conditioning for increased mobility and injury prevention.

I've been doing yoga with Jenn for several months now, and it's a consistently pleasant experience. She takes the time to make sure everyone is doing the moves correctly, and each session incorporates new moves and ideas.

Great beginner lessons for familiarization of Yoga poses. Instructor is very friendly and assists with difficult postures.

Jenn is a great instructor. She likes to infuse some yoga philosophy into her practice to complement the physical aspect of the class. She is keen on good form and gives frequent tips and adjustments. I always come out of practice feeling refreshed, both mentally and physically.
