My focus is on feeling energized and balanced as we move through poses. I teach fundamentals, rhythmic flows and restorative poses. My style is a soothing, light-hearted approach to yoga. I design classes based on student's needs.
I've been studying yoga since 2013, and teaching since 2019. I teach in the following styles:
- Vinyasa (Gentle or Power)
- Yin (slow, meditative stretch to open connective tissue)
- Restorative Yoga (using props to support the body & calm nervous system)
- Aerial Yoga (hammocks are needed)

I was looking for ways to make our revised long weekend with family very special. To be COVID safe we decided to stay on the vacation rental property in Paso Robles and have some family yoga sessions on the terrace with the view of the vineyards. Ariana was responsive and worked through every last detail to make our time with her and another instructor very special and a great work out too! I needed a little extra help to make sure my guests were well equipped without having to pack up their own world and she made it simple and affordable. If you are looking for a private experience for you or your group, I highly recommend working with Ariana to make your vision come true and if you're just looking for some excellent yoga leadership in a session you'll get that too! We felt very lucky to have her and her other instructor start our day with some amazing morning yoga.

Ariana gave me a private Yoga session as my final preparation step for the Vegas Rock 'n Roll marathon. I got much more value from the lesson than I could have expected.
Ariana customized the practice to focus on my legs, stressing on areas I was nervous about and the tensions built up during months of training. The flow came naturally as it unrolled the relaxing feelings on every single thread of my muscles. Her instruction kept me fully aware of parts reacting to the Yoga flow and elements in my body being washed down with streams of good vibes and sensations.
As my bodily tensions were leaving, the mental tensions were dissolved as well with the meditation formed at the end of our session. Ariana's guided meditation brought up the awareness of all the supports I got from the universe and walked me right back to the appreciation that I, as a runner, feel the most, for our Mother Earth.
I achieved my personal record in the Vegas marathon, but the Yoga practice, the conversations and meditations with Ariana was a more valuable relic I discovered through the whole journey; it's a bridge that connects my physique and my soul.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this woman- where to begin! She’s gentle, kind and really makes you feel instantaneously comfortable. She’s extremely knowledgeable and will tailor your experience based on your needs & desires. I have a hurt left knee and she was very considerate of that as well! Highly recommend for someone looking for a more intimate and focused experience a typical class can’t offer.

There's so many things I want to say but Ariana's yoga sessions have been a loving and positive throughout my yoga journey. It will always continue and I'm very thankful for her being a great mentor!! ❤🙏
