My wife and I are currently getting Yoga instruction from Meredith. And would like to say she is definitely very knowledgeable on various Yoga postures and their numerous modification depending upon the fitness/flexibility level. The Yoga sessions helped me get back my flexibility and addressed some pain issues. Also she is very patient and accommodating for what one might be having issues with on a particular day and changes her class accordingly. A must hire for all the above and for punctuality and flexibility with schedules of clients !

We recently had Meredith provide Reiki sessions as part of our team-building event, and it was an incredible experience! She came to our office and offered 5-minute Reiki sessions for 10 of our team members. Our meeting ran over, but Meredith was extremely flexible with her time, making sure that everyone had the chance to participate. For most of our team, this was their first experience with Reiki—even their first time hearing about it! Meredith did an amazing job educating everyone and making sure they felt comfortable before and during their session. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A complimentary 15 minute call learning about their goals, past injuries, what led them to want to practice yoga or receive Reiki and what they hope to get out of our sessions. For Animal Reiki a complimentary 15 minute call to hear about what's going on with their fur baby and how I can help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed over 500 hours of Yoga teacher training. 300 of those hours were a focus in Yoga Therapy I completed level 1 and 2 of Gentle Somatic Yoga Training Reiki Level 1,2,3 and now I'm a Reiki Master I continue to learn and grow in my field so I can offer my clients many different tools
