- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'll give you the most reasonable price for your problem and base it off of other prices so you'd know that I'm not trying to take advantage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figuring out the problem then giving an estimate and if they approve then I fix/work on resolving the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use to live in a small town in utah and did most of the local IT work and also played esports professionally so I know how to fully optimize the system and make sure its running at it's best (giving the lowest input delay)
