- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm offering flexible get acquainted pricing depending on your needs.... photo prep & edit owners decor $100-500 design floor plan, stage or new furnishings $1200-$5000 Prices for organization projects vary but generally average $100-200/room. I
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by surveying the space to determine how I want it to feel. Placement, scale and number of pieces to be used in each room is determined including area rugs, artwork & lifestyle accessories. Average property takes a day to stage. Layout & space planning takes longer if were buying new furnishings. I always try to be on hand for the photo shoot to do last minute tweaks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Hermann Miller in sales & commercial interior design for 10 years in Mpls. In addition I have built & restored 5 family residences from the ground up...completing projects in Mpls, Durango, La Jolla, San Diego, Dana Pt. and San Juan Capistrano over the past 15 years earning on average $400/sq ft based on minimalist modern styling and a unique "haVen" aesthetic. Staging and scale of furnishings along with a design that emphasizes simplicity of workflow are key factors in livable spaces that fetch top dollar.
