Roman was very responsive from the word go. He gave me an accurate estimate. Roman arrived on time and completed all of the work with a great quality. Roman was responsive to my initial text to solve what seemed like a routine bathroom faucet replacement. However, this was far from routine as the old unit was completely locked in and no amount of force would work. I’m pretty handy but Roman had all the tools and patience to carefully figure out to disassemble the faucet and quickly replace it with the new one. Great experience!
