Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each project. We provide clear, upfront pricing once we understand the project, with no hidden fees. Site visits and detailed evaluations are credited if you move forward with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call to understand your goals and confirm we’re a good fit. From there, we typically schedule a site visit to review existing conditions and project scope. Once we have that information, we provide a clear proposal and timeline. After approval, we handle the design, construction documents, and city submittals, and guide you through the plan check process until permits are approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has formal training in residential design and construction, along with over 25 years of hands-on experience working on Bay Area homes. We specialize in design, construction documents, and navigating local city requirements. Our team includes a licensed contractor and in-house structural engineering support, which allows us to design practical, build-ready plans that work in the real world.
