- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the many factors involved in doing restoration work, Appleby prices each job individually. Type of Material, varied access to work site and days required to do the job are impact our pricing. However, if you mention that you found us on Thumbtack, we will give you 15% the estimate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you think we can be of service to you, please call our office to schedule an estimate appointment. A project manager will come out to you home or business to personally take a look at the surface(s) and will give you an estimate on the spot! With the estimate in hand, the project manager will assist you in calling the office to schedule a day(s) to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each one of our technicians goes through many months of training to sharpen their restoration skills. We have on-going training with management and have personal evaluations to ensure our employees maintain the Appleby Standard of work. Our management attends national conferences and seminars to make sure Appleby's techniques are the most advanced.
