- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, typically for private parties where I bring all of the equipment I charge $100/ hour and a $100 setup/break down fee. I use contracts and communicate with clients about particular music, songs, artists and genres before event in order to prepare custom playlists.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask them what they need. Then, if I believe it's a job I can execute I move forward providing them a quote. From there I get more specific with the job and go over music with them, as specific as they want. I then send out a contract. Once signed on both ends the job booked and I focus on providing the customer with the experience we discussed and we all have a good time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the nightclub and restaurant industries for over ten years. I have learned how to read crowds and figure out how to please people without asking.
