I recently restored the City of Burlingame's Voice Mail system that was completely set up wrong by a vendor with little experience with this product. The other vendor told the City their old features can't be restored. Low and behold I ran a first time setup, re-configured the system and the City is very satisfied. It took some tweeking but complaints have quieted down. Please do not ever say It can't be done. There always is some type of solution even if requires something new or a support call away.
