- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work within clients budget to meet your desired goals with affordable rates. I make sure clients are comfortable and prepared for what ever service needs they request by providing quality and excellent customer satisfaction. I have a 48- hour cancellation policy place. Additionally, there is an additional fee starting at $75 for emergency plus the session fee or same sessions that must be paid in full upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I do a free 15 minute phone consultant to determine service needs and whether we are a match. If client wants wants to move forward with services, I schedule at least one to two future video call sessions. Next, I create a custom service plan and arrange payments prior to service dates. Once a fully executed signed agreement is in place, and payments for are rendered, services can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and ordained minister, life coach and Christian spiritual advisor. I have a B.A. and am a published author. Additionally, I am a motivational speaker and Image consultant having worked in television production and film.
