Cándido was responsive, flexible, and very knowledgeable about various construction-related projects. He worked on many projects, from installing doggie doors, caulking gaps around windows, baseboards, fixing shelves, closet rods, fixing shower doors, hanging picture frames, and was even willing to help me carry my new refrigerator up a flight of stairs. His work was so good that I am already planning on having him install a new outlet, fix a patch job that an electrician messed up in my living room, redo the tile floor, install a vanity, sink, medicine cabinet in a bathroom, and extend the shower and move a toilet/plumbing in two other bathrooms. He is also giving me an estimate to install pavers in my backyard, all because of the quality of his work that he has shown so far. Would definitely recommend Cándido and his work to anyone.

Candido is very professional and polite and discussed the details of the job through messages which is convenient for me and ask me to send some photos of the work and gave me the estimate and because I need it in next 48 hours he was so accommodating and scheduled. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge hourly rates for simple tasks and for those big punch lists I provide a estimate price for the work. Unfortunately, I can’t provide free estimates since I’m a one man show and usually take on smaller projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At least some description of the work is necessary and pictures always help. After that, I can provide a quote and date for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It’s very important to always adapt with the new technologies and market demand. I have many certifications from drainage specialists to hardscape certified installer.
