Marvin was fantastic. We formulated a plan of attack prior to his arrival (bought replacement garbagedisposal on Amazon) and he made sure I had all the parts. His rates were reasonable and he was a neat worker — came prepared with all his own tools, bucket, padding to protect the floor, etc. He did the job quickly and took a look at a few other plumbing concerns while he was here.
Great guy. I will be adding him to my list of people to call on again.

Marv gave us a really reasonable quote. When the work needed turned out to be quite a bit more involved, he took care of it and charged a reasonable amount. He’s friendly and did a good job, and we’ll call him again when we’re ready to do more plumbing work

Marvin originally allowed a 2-hour block for the sewer clean-out, but got it done in one! A personable guy, he knows the business. He communicated clearly about other plumbing questions (the toilet flange did not need replacing), and told me what to watch out for. He inspired such confidence that I'm having him do a follow-up inspection as well.

Marvin is amazing. He is knowledgeable, honest, friendly and cost effective. I had a clogging issue in main line and he and his crew fixed it within few hrs. It was not easy work, but his knowledge and professionalism helped look easy - quickly identified the issue and fixed it. He is now my go-to person for any plumbing issue.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out their problem, giving them an estimate to fix the problem, and schedule to do the work. Once work is complete and customer has signed off on the work, payment is received.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for: Roto Rooter, Rescue Rooter, Rhino Rooter, Golden Gate Plumbing, Above All Plumbing, Magic Plumbing, and Mr. Rooter. I have experience in all aspects of plumbing and drain cleaning.
