- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have up-front pricing to insure no surprises. Unlike other companies our prices doesn't change according to your zip code. Pricing is available on our website: We have a 10% off for Seniors and Military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out their problem, giving them an estimate to fix the problem, and schedule to do the work. Once work is complete and customer has signed off on the work, payment is received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for: Roto Rooter, Rescue Rooter, Rhino Rooter, Golden Gate Plumbing, Above All Plumbing, Magic Plumbing, and Mr. Rooter. I have experience in all aspects of plumbing and drain cleaning.
