Wang's was A-one across the board. Arrived on time, provided a fair quote AFTER reviewing the situation, got the job done on time, and all is well (no more leaky ceiling!)

Nightmare until I finally realized Wang would never fix my roof but keep asking for more money, even though I have paid $1500. I hired another local handyman, finished the job in one hour at very fair rate. On 8/15 my roofing was starting leaking. Wang came with one of his worker at 3:30. I was surprised that Wang is not a roofer but just supervising his work, smoking, He threw the cigarette ends everywhere in my backyard. About 5:00, he told me the job was done, though the leaking in the room was not stopped. Wang and his worker climbed to the roof again and claimed it had been fixed and promise 2 year warranty. I paid $1500. Wang claimed $800 for emergency repair and $700 for 2 year warranty. on 8/16 my roofing was still leaking. on 8/17 I contacted Wang. He said, he was likely unable to find the leak and asked if I could paid more. I refused. After negotiation, he finally agreed to come on 8/23 (it's Sunday). I asked for a work day, but he replied "this is America air sir, we can't come and go whenever you need". Well, I re-scheduled my plan on weekend, just to fit in Wang's schedule. on 8/23, Wang never shown up, but left a message that he would come 1pm, 8/26, no "sorry" in the message... on 8/25 Raining the whole day. on 8/26 Wang shown up at 3pm (two hours late). God knows what they did on my roof, and when did they leave. They left without any notice. on 8/27 Raining the whole day. leaking everywhere, the kitchen and bedroom. Wang contacted me this afternoon and asked how about my roof. Shame on him. He knows exactly what he did to my roof, only for more money... It's the first one star review in my life. Stay away from this unqualified and dishonest business.

Apologize you feel this way, you whole roof was in a bad condition from the very beginning. And you forced us to work while it is raining and you only hire us to fix kitchen portion of the roof, not the whole roof.
