- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices is fair and goes accordingly to todays market. When a bid is sent out, the pricing bid is not finalized until I have more info and detail pertaining to your project. Returning clients will get a dicount for any additional tile installation project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First it starts off with a phone call to get an idea on what the customer wants and give them a rough estimate in the area what the job could cost. Second we setup a onsite estimate to finalize the pricing and help the customer to understand the process how many different application materials work. If both parties agree on pricing we book a date which fit perfect for both of us and a contract is written up for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started in The tile trade since 2002, Went to school through the union and completed 2 years early due to picking up the trade quickly. The school teaches you the right way to do the trade, 1 year of blue print studying, 1 year of safety hazard , 1 year OSHA studying and 1 year hands on class in the schooling.
