NDA & Associates is a national purchaser of privately held mortgage notes for both current and delinquent mortgages on single-family and multi-family properties as well as commercial and multi-use properties. We provide the mortgage holder (seller) cash upfront for the mortgage (either a full purchase or partial purchase) note they currently hold, allowing them to take advantage of investment opportunities, pay off bills, pay a child's tuition or take that much deferred family vacation.
