When we had a burst pipe in our attic, Buddy Plumbing responded right away and walked me through shutting off the water before the damage got worse. After a thorough inspection, they explained that the heavy calcification in my pipes meant it was time to seriously consider a full repipe. Uriel even found another small pinhole leak that could have turned into a bigger issue if left unnoticed. I'm really glad we went with a PEX repipe. it minimized the amount of drywall repair needed and gave us peace of mind moving forward.

We walked into our kitchen late at night to find water all over the floor. Within an hour of calling Buddy Plumbing, a plumber was at our home diagnosing the issue. He quickly identified it as a slab leak, shut off the water to prevent further damage, and coordinated a water mitigation team to arrive shortly after.The mitigation team worked through the night extracting water and setting up fans and dehumidifiers to stabilize the situation. Thanks to Buddy Plumbings fast response and coordination, what could have been a catastrophic situation was brought under control quickly. If we hadnt found the water when we did, and if Buddy hadnt acted as fast as they did, the damage would have spread throughout the entire house.Were extremely grateful for the professionalism and urgency shown by their entire team. Highly recommend.
