Jake was AWESOME! He was extremely responsive and professional in his communication, was willing to work on a Sunday afternoon and evening, booked an appointment on 48 hours' notice, and did a PHENOMENAL job on our carpets. With five dogs and a four-year-old, are carpets sustain a lot of wear and tear. Jake's know-how and hard work have our carpets looking EVEN BETTER than when we moved in 2+ years ago. It's worth noting that LOTS of companies clean carpets and will do a decent job. But Jake has an "X Factor" going for him: he's friendly, unfailingly polite, and just a very likable guy. Give Jake an opportunity to clean your carpets and I think you'll be very pleased with the quality of his work and the overall experience. Thanks, Jake!

They were on time! Also asked what bed to be done just for checking purposes and also moved things if necessary. They will do as you ask. Will come back to this company when my carpets need to be cleaned :)

We moved across country into our new home and wanted everything to be clean and like new. We hired Jacob to clean our carpet. He did a great job, had an outstanding work ethic and worked very hard. He did such a good job, we hired him to come back to clean and seal all our travertine flooring. It was a huge job and we needed him to complete it by the end of the week. He finished the job on time, and the floors look great! I'm sure we will continue to use SunCal for future jobs when needed!
