Carpets look wonderful. This is for a rental move out--but you would think it was an expensive home by the way he worked. He is polite and efficient. Don't hesitate to use his company to clean your carpets....Thanks a bunch! I'm moving to Temecula and hope you will travel to my new place when I need carpets cleaned!

Jake was AWESOME! He was extremely responsive and professional in his communication, was willing to work on a Sunday afternoon and evening, booked an appointment on 48 hours' notice, and did a PHENOMENAL job on our carpets. With five dogs and a four-year-old, are carpets sustain a lot of wear and tear. Jake's know-how and hard work have our carpets looking EVEN BETTER than when we moved in 2+ years ago. It's worth noting that LOTS of companies clean carpets and will do a decent job. But Jake has an "X Factor" going for him: he's friendly, unfailingly polite, and just a very likable guy. Give Jake an opportunity to clean your carpets and I think you'll be very pleased with the quality of his work and the overall experience. Thanks, Jake!

Jacob did an amazing job! He was stuck in traffic and called ahead to let us know. ALL of the stains on the carpet came out, and there were quite a few by the door due to heavy foot traffic. My concern was getting the cat dander up because I'm highly allergic and you would never know a cat was ever in the apartment. A+

Jacob from sun cal carpet came out to our beach rental , we have multiple units and after the work he performed cleaning the carpets we were quite satisfied , so we hired him the following week to do a larger unit with 5 bedrooms of carpeting as well as five couches in the unit again Jacob was on time and did a great job, we will be using him again as we discovered he also does wood floors .
