They were on time! Also asked what bed to be done just for checking purposes and also moved things if necessary. They will do as you ask. Will come back to this company when my carpets need to be cleaned :)

Jake was AWESOME! He was extremely responsive and professional in his communication, was willing to work on a Sunday afternoon and evening, booked an appointment on 48 hours' notice, and did a PHENOMENAL job on our carpets. With five dogs and a four-year-old, are carpets sustain a lot of wear and tear. Jake's know-how and hard work have our carpets looking EVEN BETTER than when we moved in 2+ years ago. It's worth noting that LOTS of companies clean carpets and will do a decent job. But Jake has an "X Factor" going for him: he's friendly, unfailingly polite, and just a very likable guy. Give Jake an opportunity to clean your carpets and I think you'll be very pleased with the quality of his work and the overall experience. Thanks, Jake!

Carpets look wonderful. This is for a rental move out--but you would think it was an expensive home by the way he worked. He is polite and efficient.
