All in all, everything was great. Matt called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The work was done quickly and professionally. The price was right and my door is fixed. He even tuned up both doors at no charge.

Matt and the Door Dorks were amazing to work with! Not only was he on time, he was early both visits!
Our door was ordered, installed and ready to go within a week, and was considerably ($200) cheaper than other quotes.
Fingers crossed we won’t need them again but if we ever need another doorreplaced we will be calling them first!

I found Door Dorks via a web search and the ratings looked great. They answered the phone and the whole process was super smooth. The technician, Matthew, clearly communicated his arrival time and even showed up a few minutes early. I was really impressed with Matthew and his level of professionalism to understand my garage issues. After a full diagnostic, Matthew explained both repair options and an upgrade path. No pressure on the up-sale at all!We opted for a new system and Matthew had it completed within 2 hours, despite it being in the 90s outside. The quality of work and attention to detail deserves 5 stars on its own. Having a friendly and polite technical professional doing the work would get a 6th star.Definitely will use Door Dorks again and recommend to neighbors.

Unlike many of our competitors, our pricing is fixed based on the parts or job so you know our technicians are not charging more to make more commission.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer has different wants and needs. Our office will ask a few questions to determine your issue. We will schedule a Door Dorks expert technician at your convenience and you will receive a picture of the technician so you know who is coming to your home. The technician will perform an on site Diagnostic/Safety Inspection to ensure your issue is really all that is going on. They will provide you with the results and go over options for repairs or replacement. Then you get to decide what you want to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed garage door contractor, have installed and serviced thousands of garage doors and motors, and attend updated training to stay on top of industry trends.
