I hired Javier to fix a cracked beam on my pergola. Throughout the entire process (getting an estimate, ordering the wood, installing the new beam) he was very responsive and gave good updates. I thought he did a great job installing the new beam and cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend him based off of how professional he was communicating and doing the actual job.

Detailed and honest about up front work. Javier gets the job done and will let you know the possible adjustments needed/changes required for your project to work. Detailed oriented and will patch the old imperfections durinf a remodel. It's rare to find a better value to quality ratio out there.

I hired Javier to help with reframing and drywall in a closet converted wine bar along with demoing a few areas in the home. He was always very polite and responsive and always ready to help. There was a little bit of a hiccup in the beginning when the demo started with the closet, but we ended up getting it fixed and he was able to complete the work as intended. He drywall and added new base boards to the area, it looked great!

I procrastinated doing several small projects at home because I didn’t know where to start. I’m very glad that I chose Javier with JS Home Remodeling to do the job!
