It was hard to choose only three as Robert, the technician, did a fantastic job on a tricky fix to my diy gone wrong. 5star all the way and great value! Mr Moore really knows what he’s talking about. I’ll b using him for my next set of appliances as soon as they come in.

Mr. Moore had an apprentice with him and he introduced the new guy and clarified he'd be working with him on the project. Totally fine. But what was cool was listening to him train the guy. He was extremely professional and managed him throughout the job, always checking on him. When the job was done (new vanity sink install that required cutting to fit) I was pleased! BUT-- there was a little tightening of this and that which needed to be done. So I let him know and he came back. He did the minor tweaks his apprentice forgot about (totally from nerves, nothing major at all) Mr. Moore apologized profusely and was very cool. After he left, I noticed a dripping that, by all accounts, he tested over and over and it was fine! It came back (no one's fault! Just an old stubborn pipe!) and he happily returned a third time to get that old stubborn pipe to dry up once and for all!
Everything looks great & works great. He is someone who clearly wants to "make it right" immediately. He explained what was wrong and how he fixed it and I am extremely satisfied with his work! And while you can definitely find someone "cheaper" out there, I don't know if you'd get the level of work quality or professionalism Mr. Moore delivers.

Moore Handyman Services is a Highly Recommend. :). Daniel responded to my inquiry within an hour (it might have been even faster!) and was super-friendly and professional. My request was total last-minute, sane/day; I needed help getting curtain rods down (two sets in two rooms!), dismantling my wall-mount TV, and removing two wall anchors from my IKEA bookshelves. Technician Robert appeared for the job on time and was efficient, quick, thorough, and neat. He even asked me if he needed to spackle the holes from the curtain rods, and gave me time to call apartment management to confirm no spackling required. :)) Robert showed me where he collected all the hardware for all items so I could reuse them at the new place. I highly recommend Moore Handyman Services and I wish I could have selected Value and Punctuality for the Thumbtack review choices as well! I’ll be using Moore again soon once I’m in my new apartment. Five stars.

Daniel was great! He replaced our bathroom lighting fixture, repaired and retextured the drywall, and mounted our new mirrors. He provided quality work, offered a fair rate, and installed everything quickly. I would absolutely recommend and work with him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $125 per hour for general labor. Jobs have a $160 minimum fee and are not to exceed 6 hours of labor per day. This allows the technician time to load and unload company vehicles, submit notes and photos and stay within an 8 hour day. If your job requires more time you will need to schedule another technician through the office online or by phone. Or if you liked your technician specifically you may also schedule a return visit with your technician before they leave for the day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For general labor you contact the office and set an appointment. They will collect the needed information and schedule or dispatch the proper handyman technician for your call. Please be prepared to give the office ************************************* for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Daniel Moore has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He manages and trains all employees and is a hand on teacher. He will show up to a job to assist a technician if ever the need arises, and often even when there is no need at all. Our staff is very capable and many have strong construction backgrounds before taking on employment here.
