Gregory Holguin is my hero. My usual Handyman that I have been using for years was too busy, so I went to Thumbtack to see if I could find somebody at a reasonable rate to do repairs in my rental home. I was on a very short timeframe before the next tenants moved in. He contacted me right away and we set up an appointment for the weekend. He was an excellent communicator via text and he showed up exactly on time for both days. I left him alone in the house and he locked up and texted me when he left. He worked four hours on a Saturday, plus five hours on a Sunday and accomplished so much, so quickly. What a great professional with all of his tools ready to go. Greg replaced the flooring in the toilet area of my bathroom that got ruined by the tenants who flooded it, he replaced the toilet, the molding, caulked everything tight. He also lifted an under counter stainless steel kitchen sink that had been falling underneath the quartz countertop and re-caulked it and put a brace underneath to secure it so it won’t happen again. Greg things like helping me move furniture, fixed a front screen door that was broken, he helped me with failing curtain rods, and replacing a dryer door. Greg is so polite, so kind and willing to help me with any little project that I couldn’t do for myself. He was quick, clean, and a joy to be around. Best of all he speaks English! All my projects were completed because he was willing to work on a Sunday. Now I’m ready for the tenants to move in and I’m confident that everything is repaired. I will definitely be calling him again as my first choice to help me with repairs around my own home. You should call Greg first, you won’t need anybody else.
