Cristina is the best! There are so many things I love about training with her, even though I sometimes get a little mad at her for making me do hard things! She is so knowledgeable about form and she describes/demonstrates how to do each exercise really well, explaining what muscle groups I should be targeting. She is super good at working around injuries and I love how she always asks me how my body is feeling at the beginning of each workout in case she needs to tweak it a bit (she comes prepared with a workout every time, too - I never feel like she's just winging it). All of this while making me feel really good about my progress and pushing me way past the point where I would stop if I were on my own. She is also easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor - we always laugh and have fun and the hour flies by. I'm so glad I decided to jump in when I did - I'm getting stronger and healthier, and at age 50 that's really important to me!
