After obtaining her law degree and working with many homeowners associations and community members, Chris Mills decided to start her own management company focused on providing long-term solutions and costs savings. On standard rentals we charge only 6 % of the gross collected rent. We provide our clients with comprehensive, personalized management and accounting services, Rent collection, Property Inspections, Marketing, 24/7 Emergency Line, and Property Maintenance Renovations. We look forward to working with you on your property.

My husband and I moved to Kentucky for retirement,but we have a condo in Calif.that we use for a rental.We had friends managing it for us.The tenants stayed for four years and then moved out.Our friends no longer wanted to do the managing.Not knowing what to do,I got on the computer and found Thumbtack.It was scary not being familiar with any of the managing companies,so I took a chance and went with Mills Management Services.They started working with us immediately,finding out there was a lot of damage done and the condo was not in any condition to rent.They took charge and had all the repairs taken care of,all the painting and cleaning done in no time.They stayed in contact with us every step of the way,gave us their recommendations,quotes for everything and even e-mailed us pictures from their phones.We ended up only having to pay back half of their cleaning deposit,if I had contacted Mills Management sooner we would not have had to pay them anything.They are very professional,friendly and just great people to work with.They go the extra mile for you.The condo was rented immediately,we got our first rent check along with an invoice showing every transaction.It took a lot of stress off my husband and I,and we couldn't be happier! We definitely recommend their service highly!

I hired Mills Management 6 months ago to manage my commercial office building. They have done nothing but impress me. They are amazing! Chris and Emily are on top of every detail of our renovation. I already have two new tenants and two more on the way. They are very efficient and prompt in handling tenant issues and have amazed me with their attention to detail. From communicating with the city officials to managing competent contractors, their knowledge is vast.
