- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, competitive, and based on a detailed evaluation of the project scope. All estimates are provided in writing and include labor, materials, and timelines when applicable. There are no hidden fees. Any changes or additional work are discussed and approved in advance. Discounts may be available for repeat clients or multi-phase projects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and budget. I then assess the project—either on-site or based on provided details—and provide a clear, written estimate with scope, timeline, and materials when applicable. Once approved, we schedule the work and maintain clear communication throughout the project. After completion, I review the results with the customer to ensure everything meets expectations.
