- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum order - 2 hours. I'm flexible and can perform both ways: By-The-Hour or By-The-Project. When By-The-Hour is more applicable: - Lists of tasks. - Small jobs. - Larger projects where the exact scope isn't clear yet. This might mean making decisions as we go, doing some work yourself, or completing the project in stages. - Jobs needing initial troubleshooting or checking. Common examples include water damage, wood problems, and electrical issues where we can't give a fixed price without checking first. We usually suggest hiring us by the hour at first to do the initial troubleshooting and checks. By-The-Project: Works best when the project is well-defined and clear. The clearer your project details, the better we can give you an exact price for completing it.
