Highly recommend. They have completed 5 projects for me now and they are my go to team. If you want good people who do quality work at a fair price, then they are for you. They are considerate, responsive, and responsible.
Projects: -Hardwood (original from 1923, white oak) floors refinished -Kitchen remodel including new countertops, new cabinet doors, added electrical lines, and wine/coffee bar installation. -hang bi fold doors to enclose dining room -modify built in cabinets to accommodate tv and hard mount so it’s wireless -plumbing projects to get unit renter ready

RMedina construction is responsive, anticipates needs, professional and thorough. Reynaldo is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about each project. We hired him for some basic changes in the floor plan and he carried that out, and some! For the flooring, he researched many different options, and offered solutions to improve the aesthetics of our facility. Not only is he thorough, his team is quick and performs high-quality work from flooring, window replacement, wall demolition, paint, to cleanup.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please schedule a walkthrough in person, if the project can be completed without floor plans. If floor plans are required, please send them to us, so we can be familiar with the area prior to the walkthrough.
