Rafael is a very skilled and knowledgeable gentleman with a lot of experience who can help trouble shoot problems and find solutions in a very efficient manner. I am so grateful for finding him through this website. He was able to successfully fix our electrical outlet problem and explain the wiring system in our rental space, and to help our landlords understand the root of the problem. He also was able to fix our dishwasher (which was not on our request), in less than 15 minutes! We have his card on our fridge now as our official local handyman. Highly recommend!

Stain Patrol was able to perform a "move out" clean of our rental home at the end of our lease - this is a full cleaning including steam clean carpets, clean fridge/stove/bathrooms/kitchen/general home, and windows inside and out. They did all that in about 5 hours - the prices were in line with other services and they provided one stop service. The staff were professional and fun, and the work was excellent and efficient. We received our full security deposit back from the property management, which is all you can ask for from a move-out cleaning!
Rico Marenco is truly a jack of all trades. There is no problem too big or too small for him to fix. We initially hired him to help us hang some TVs and large pictures in our rental house and he ended up helping us with about 30 other things - from installing a new instant hot water fixture, to reprogramming a universal remote control, to removing dysfunctional light fixtures, to rewiring broken light fixtures. He is a delight to have in the house and is incredibly professional and attentive to detail. He was so very accommodating and changed his scheduled without hesitation so he could finish up everything we had asked him to do, and more. He did not nickel and dime us for all of the tasks and he was very thoughtful about purchasing materials, always asking for permission in advance, and not padding any of the charges. He is honest, hard-working, polite and fairly priced. I recommend him HIGHLY and would hire him to renovate our house if we owned one!
TSWHA did a fantastic job for me. According to them, my situation was "not that bad", but it was nevertheless highly stressful: I had to get rid of a queen-sized bed, an old TV, some small furniture and a room-full of assorted crap. They had it all loaded into their truck within 45 minutes, all done with good cheer and easily. They were very flexible about last-minute additions to the pile. The best part is: they don't just take the whole lot to the dump. They sort the items and recycle, donate to Goodwill, take to Urban Ore, etc., which alleviated my concerns about merely trashing perfectly good items that could serve someone else. All around, a great service and won't break your bank, either! I definitely recommend to anyone who is moving or purging their place.

These guys really saved me! I needed a furnished rental cleaned before a new renter came in (I've got an AirBnB in Oakland Hills) and had a little over 24 hours to do it. I called a few maid companies and between getting them on the phone and then having them come out to the place to do a quote, and also having to meet them there in the next 24 hours - I was screwed, til I got in touch with these guys I really liked that I can book online after seeing the prices and didn't have to call anyone or drive out to the rental to get a quote and all that extra time consumption.
