Farhad is efficient and extremely professional and fair. Very reasonable prices. He is very detail oriented and ensures that you are 100% happy with the work before he is done. He installed recess lights for me and placed an outlet in a wall with no electricity. I hired him for a second job where he installed another outlet, placed a dimmer switch, and installed outdoor electrical boxes.

Farhad was one of the most professional contractor I have worked with. He was on time, very responsive, skillful in the work he did at my place. He helped with running electric connection to my backyard shed, fix previous bad jobs done by other contractors, install recess lights and fans in my place. He ensured he is communicating about his plan on any fixes he is doing so there is no room for misinterpretation. His quotes were also reasonable and at no point I felt I was being taken for a ride If you have contractors being true to their word w.r.t their punctuality, quotes half of the stress in dealing with contractors is off the table. Farhad is really good at that. I will definitely hire him for future electrical needs at my place.
