Sam came out to my house on the same day that I messaged Rockit Appliance Repair. While he did not diagnose a problem that had to be fixed, he thoroughly evaluated my washing machine and determined that I have been either overloading it or items have been getting out of balance before the spin cycle and need to be adjusted or some removed. I felt confident regarding his opinion, and he only charged me $45 for the service call. I will definitely call on his service in the future. He was very pleasant to work with.

Was prompt. Fixed the leak problem with our washing machine (had to wait a day for parts). Found a second problem and fixed that. Stayed to run a load to make SURE the fix was completed.

Sam came promptly on time, diagnosed the problem and also did some routine maintenance on both the washer and dryer. Price was good, maybe a little high for my tastes but within the range of fairness. We were very satisfied with the work and would use him again. He also gave us a six month warranty in case anything went wrong.
