I hired Lusaoro Design + Build a couple of weeks ago and they were able to start and finish my powder room update with demo, electrical, flooring, wall patch and paint, install new vanity within 2 weeks. I am super happy with their work and that they were very good with communication and always arrived when they said they would.

We hired Lussoro to repaint all the walls and ceilings in our condo, install new doors throughout and install overhead lighting. The team did a great job and were very happy with the outcome. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price every project based on scope, not a flat rate — every home and every job is different, so we'd rather walk the space and give you an honest number than throw out a generic estimate that doesn't hold up. There's no charge for the initial consultation. Once we're aligned on scope, we put together a detailed proposal so you know exactly what you're paying for, no surprise line items later. If a project changes mid-stream, we use formal change orders so pricing stays transparent the whole way through.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation — usually a call or a site visit — where we get a feel for what you're trying to accomplish and what matters most to you, whether that's budget, timeline, or a specific design vision. From there we put together a proposal with clear pricing and scope. Once we're both on the same page, we bring in the right crew for the job and manage everything from permitting to final walkthrough. We like to keep communication open throughout — you'll never be wondering what's happening on your own project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a CSLB contractor's license, which means we've passed the state's trade and law & business exams and meet the licensing requirements to run a general contracting business in California.
