They are professional, kind, thoughtful, and fair. It was a move in cleaning, they made sure all the places are covered. We were not at home at the time and there were some places we wanted more work, and they came back and made sure to deep clean those places as well. I’m so grateful. I will definitely recommend to others. Great customer service.

I was looking for a local company to clean a house before listing it. I decided on HelpH Cleaning after receiving a most detailed estimate which ended with the most reasonable price. You have got to hire this crew, they are really good! They arrived on time, on the day scheduled and stayed longer than promised get the job done. I can’t say enough good things. The house is beautiful!

With quarantine, working from home, teaching from home, and general exhaustion it’s fair to say we fell behind in our housekeeping. It’s not like company was coming over.
Today was life changing. They didn’t get the whole house, but the bathrooms, kitchen, living room and master bedroom look even better than they did when we moved in. Our spirits are lifted and looking forward to their next visit and having the home office and kids bedroom cleaned next.

Very profession and responsive. I called for same day service for a deep clean. I spoke with Carol who asked details about my place. He then gave me details of the all that would be covered for a deep clean and was very transparent about what would be additional cost (ie dishes or cleaning the closest). I booked online & they immediately texted me. They were early for the appointment, which was awesome. They got right to work and made sure the cleaned everything we asked for. The place looks great. We will definitely be asking for them again!

We are always transparent with our pricing. We don’t charge hidden fees, and we sometimes offer special discounts for recurring services or referrals. However, we always explain that deep cleaning is a different level of work, and it has its own cost — it’s important to respect the effort and time our team puts into every home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with an honest conversation to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. Whenever possible, we schedule a virtual call to see the space and discuss details, or we ask for photos, so we can provide an accurate estimate. From there, we customize the cleaning based on what the client needs most, always aiming to make the first experience unforgettable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from hands-on experience, dedication, and always being open to learning. Over the years, we’ve studied best practices for deep cleaning, eco-friendly products, and techniques for different types of surfaces and finishes. We also believe that attention to detail and love for what you do can’t be taught — it comes from the heart.
