The team did a phenomenal job in cleaning my partner’s 2B2B apartment. They were punctual and professional to the point that if it were not for the vacuum cleaner we won’t even have realised that they were there. They did a through job and the house looked and smelled Amazing after the deep cleaning.

Very unprofessional. I was trying to book a time, when I finally did, the woman who runs it was nonstop texting me at night while I was taking my son trick-or-treating, almost harassing me. The next morning a water pipe burst flooding my house, so I texted immediately way before they were set to come so that her cleaners wouldn’t come all the way over and would have time back. I texted multiple times to make sure she saw the emergency and even messaged on thumbtack and absolutely NO response. I messaged her 10 hours later saying I was disappointed in the lack of response as I was trying to be considerate of her staff. When she finally responded she simply said I messed up her day. I’m glad I never worked with them as they clearly care about the money and not the communication. I couldn’t trust someone who doesn’t respond to enter my house.

However, since the cancellation was close to the scheduled time, it impacted our planning for the day. If you look at all of our reviews, this has never happened.
