You can love each other and still feel far apart. For many couples, that distance feels heavy and frightening. Arguments repeat. Trust feels fragile. And it can feel like no matter what you say, it only makes things worse. Most of the couples who come to me are in an intense season. They’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and still deeply invested in their relationship. Many are scared of saying the wrong thing or losing what matters most. They don’t want to blame each other. They want help making sense of what’s happening and finding a way forward together. My work is about slowing things down when everything feels charged. I help both partners feel heard and less alone in the process. Together, we look at the patterns beneath the conflict, strengthen communication, and rebuild trust and emotional safety step by step, at a pace that feels manageable. I also work with individuals navigating painful relationship transitions who want grounding, clarity, and support as they move forward. At Living in Love Coaching, the focus is on understanding what’s really happening and helping you repair what’s been strained without blame or rushing solutions. I offer steady support, honest conversations, and guidance that enable you to feel safer and more connected again. I work best with people who are ready to engage in the process and make meaningful changes. This work is an investment, and my pricing reflects the level of care, structure, and between-session support I provide. All sessions are held virtually by phone or video. I do not accept insurance.
