I tried Sergio’s Mobile Grooming Service for the first time yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Gabriel arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m. and was incredibly kind and professional from the moment he got here. My dog, Durk, has had some very bad experiences at groomers in the past and became traumatized, so we stopped taking him and started grooming him ourselves. Unfortunately, I recently had hand surgery and wasn’t able to do it. Durk was also getting too many foxtails and spiky seed pods stuck in his paws and fur, so I knew it was time for a haircut. I explained to Gabriel that Durk is terrified of groomers and usually screams during the drying process. In fact, Durk even tried to run away when he saw Gabriel. I was so worried about how the appointment would go. When Gabriel brought Durk back to my door, he looked absolutely adorable! Even better, Gabriel told me that Durk didn’t bark during the drying process or experience any tremors. That meant so much to me because it’s never happened before. I am beyond grateful for Gabriel’s patience, kindness, and gentle care. It’s clear that he truly loves what he does and treats every pet like they’re his own. I was so impressed that I’ve already booked our next appointment.
