Pricing does not include tax, travel fee or gratuity (sales tax varies per city). Whatever food is left over will be served as seconds/thirds to your guests. Deposit is required. Pricing for Food truck: varies but to give you an idea: 16 $ per serving for groups 101 or more 18$ per serving for groups of 80-100 1264$ flat rate for a total of 79 servings Ask us about pricing for small groups. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having client first check out website to get as much information and understanding of who we are. Then, schedule a talk via phone/email and get better understanding of what they are looking for and how we can work together to meet their needs. Once we decide to move forward, we narrow down menu for event, payment, etc. Please note, base price Is subject to change depending on cost of supplies, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cook/chef is self-taught... genius at mixing the right amount of flavor to make every dish amazing. She regularly learns new recipes and tests them in the kitchen. Manager has a Master's degree in Business Administration, & a background in non-profit management, the hospitality and restaurant industry.
