Thank goodness we found Lilo's! We needed a last minute food truck for an event at my Company and contacted Lilo's 2 days before the event - Leslie was super responsive, and friendly. The day of, they arrived right on time and the food was so delicious! Will definitely be using them again in the future. :)

Do yourself a favor and visit Lilo’s Kitchen! The food is absolutely amazing, everything we tasted was out of this world. They specialize in birria and anything that has to do with it such as, pizza, fries, nachos, burritos, ramen, quesabirrias, chamoy candy, etc. They have special items on the menu as well. Absolutely the best birria I’ve had. Highly recommend!

My family & I live about an hour & a half away, but we make a weekly trip to Lilo’s Kitchen just for their quesabirria tacos. Its that amazing, they’re hands down the best!!! Quality ingredients makes for some flavor-bomb quesabirria tacos. The stew meat in their tacos is ALWAYS juicy and tender, and they never hold back, as well as the cheese. Every taco is always filled to its max, but once you dip them in some consome (beef broth) it’s game over!! You’ll be coming back for more and it just becomes an addiction, hence the hour & a half drive for us. To top it off the hot sauce they supply you with on the side has the perfect heat to go with the tacos, it’s so flavorful. From my understanding it’s the chefs homemade sauce & it’s free. Another favorite we order is their Pizza Lilo. It’s a must for our kids every time. Think of a quesadilla the size of pizza, but stuffed with beef birria & cheese. That’s not it, they then top it off with more cheese (melted) & drizzle it with a good amount of sour cream and Norma’s (chef) home made guacamole on top, wait one more thing they supply you with consome to dip your pizza in it, & I t’s a wrap!! Need I say more? They have a variety of other things on their menu & everything I have tried has not disappointed. Oh before I forget, you need to try they chamoy!! Hella good & very addicting. Go on & give them a try I promise you will not be disappointed.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing does not include tax and gratuity (sales tax varies per city). Whatever food is left over will be served as seconds/thirds to your guests. Deposit is required. Please see website for more information. Idea of pricing: (tax/gratuity not included) 15$ per person groups 100 or more 18$ per person groups of 79-99 1200$ flat rate for groups under 79

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Having client first check out website to get as much information and understanding of who we are. Then, schedule a talk via phone/email and get better understanding of what they are looking for and how we can work together to meet their needs. Once we decide to move forward, we narrow down menu for event, payment, etc. Please note, base price is for groups over 100. Please check our website for more accurate pricing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Cook/chef is self-taught... genius at mixing the right amount of flavor to make every dish amazing. Manager has a Masters in Business Administration, background in hospitality and restaurant industry.
