Packing and Unpacking

Tony responded to a last minute request at the end of the month where two previous Thumbtack Pros no-showed/walked-off, but Tony was ready to fill in where the others miserably left me in desperate need without care. Tony responded with a four-man crew on one of the hottest days of summer to do a second move to get my job done, way above and beyond. He and his crew communicated with me, so essential for all services, and were exceptionally responsive. If you're going to hire a moving services company, there is no better value in the Bay Area than Tony's, and I'm not the easiest customer to please.

Tony was very pleasant to work with. I appreciated his quick response to my initial inquiry. The evening before the move, he did call asking if we could change the parameters of the move (start earlier, add another mover for a slightly higher hourly rate, but so that the move as a whole would progress faster). I was fine with the changes he suggested, ultimately it proved to be the best move as we had two stops worked into the move, and much more belongings/boxes than we anticipated. Overall, I would recommend to others!

Piano Moving

Tony and his team were able to move a full size upright piano (52inch height) to second floor of my home. The stairs are narrow. Tony was managed to figure out a way to make a turn in the narrow space. Thanks very much Tony for the great job.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Customers should know that we have fair pricing and can work with any budget. We don't start charging you until we arrive at your home. We want to be as transparent as we can be, so below are some discounts and fees that you'll see included in your estimate. - No truck fee charge if the service is a small 1 bedroom apartment. - If available, used boxes will be discounted at half price. - $30 fuel charge fee (within 30 miles). - Return home driving time fee (depending on your distance) - Material usage fee (depending on the magnitude of the service). 3 hours minimum charge .

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When working with a new customer, the most important factor to us is communication. We want to make sure you are getting beyond the service you requested. We respect and acknowledge you and want to provide the best service possible. This is what we aspire not only with our new customers but also with our former clients.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Prior to starting my business, I worked for over 15 years with another moving company. I have plenty of experience and made sure I learned every aspect of the moving process.
