Abhilash N. says, "I wanted to thank Alex, Vlad and the team on an amazing installation job. I needed 11 speakers installed across my living room, kitchen and dining room. Fishing the wires through the ceiling was made tricky because there was not access to the floor from above. The team of three quickly figured out a way to install all 11 speakers with only making one extra hole in the entire process which needed to be patched. What was originally supposed to take two days was completed in one day. Their work went above and beyond my expectations. Great quality, professionalism and very responsive. I was most impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the work with a high quality bar. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for a similar task."See more

Nathan D. says, "After interviewing dozens of residential electricians in the area who wanted to charge me multiple tens of thousands of dollars because they either could not understand or actively did not want to understand what I was actually asking them to do I found James who got it right away. I’m not what a C-10 with a heavily-branded sprinter van would consider an ideal customer because all I needed was a weatherhead run up to the top of an outrageously pitched Cape Cod style roof which terrifies me to even look at–a deeply unpleasant job with minimal opportunity for materials markup because I’d already pulled my own permit and installed the most expensive components on the ground level myself. James thoroughly understood the scope of the task at hand and did not try to blow it up into something bigger than it needed to be. Communication was exemplary every step of the way; if I made a suggestion he agreed with, he did it. If I made a suggestion he thought was horrible, he told me why and offered an alternative. The work got done in a few hours for a thoroughly reasonable price and when the AHJ showed up a couple days later he spent more time filling out the little green sticker than he did scrutinizing any part of the installation because all of the work looked a lot better than what they’re used to seeing. Easily the least stressful non-solo construction project I've been through. Thanks again!"See more

I needed a malfunctioning light checked. The switch stopped working and I had smelled a burning smell earlier but couldn't locate it. Fairly quickly, Pedro found that the ballast had burned to a crisp! The next day, he went to Home Depot and bought a replacement, came back, and installed it, which wasn't simple because the wiring and fixtures are more than 60 years old. I thought his price was reasonable given the number of hours this job took, plus he looked at one other fixture for me...he will be coming back for that job. He was very accommodating, pleasant, and responsive. Today, all is well. What more can a customer want?"See more
