First of all, Victor completed the removal and installation of a new roof for me at a price that was the most reasonable among three quotes I received. He and his crew were punctual, professional, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each workday. His attention to detail and excellent communication truly stood out. He sent me pictures before, during, and after the project to keep me informed every step of the way. A week after the job was completed, Victor even returned to double check his work and make sure I was completely satisfied with the quality. Secondly, I had a terrible experience with a contractor who removed my home’s electrical panels but failed to complete the work correctly. I was distressed and anxious, not knowing what to do next. Victor came to my rescue. He patiently explained the process to me and gave me a fair price to correct the mistakes and complete the unfinished work. Within 24 hours, I received the City Permit, and within 48 hours, PG&E confirmed the application. From the time I signed the contract with Victor to the final completion of the panel installation was only three weeks. Victor even came on a Sunday to get the work done after PG&E gave him a three day head start. When the City Inspector came, he told me that Victor’s work was “super” and that I was in good hands. He issued a green tag and said, “Excellent work.” (because this inspector failed the last contractor at my house ) Victor used top of the line materials and ensured everything was done according to codes. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found Victor. He came through for me during a difficult time and delivered outstanding results. I highly recommend Victor to anyone in need of a reliable, skilled, and honest professional. What I love the most about Victor is that he is very responsive and always answer his texts and calls.
